The apartment can provide a setting duplex or single floor, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with two single beds, both with closets, one or two modern house bathrooms with all amenities, a fully equipped kitchen where stands the washer and dryer and a splendid view over the river.
The living room has two comfortable sofa beds and a dining area.

Being in an apartment doesn’t mean that you have to be without service!

The apartments are designed and equipped for short and medium stays, and are designed to make you feel at home.

Customers are asked to respect this high-standard accommodation so that standards of quality and comfort can be maintained.

Of course, you can expect our help or guidance whenever you need anything - whether your question is related to the apartment or you want information about the city, a restaurant recommendation, the best places for shopping, or a guide to get the best cultural experiences. We are here to help!


Front desk 

All our apartments have a reception and  help-desk open 24/7.
Our team is in the building during the 365 days of the year, which in addition to the daily maintenance of your apartment will be available to help (these services are included in the daily price).
In the evening hours (8:00pm to 9:00am) may have to use our virtual reception. If the personal presence of a team member is required, there will always be someone in you apartment available within 15 minutes.


Cleaning 

The apartments are fully furnished with bed and bath linen, and kitchen utensils. The daily maid service does not include cleaning the kitchen and washing dishes (main meals). If the kitchen needs to be cleaned, this service will be charged at € 25.00 /day. Pots, pans and plates can be cleaned safely in the dishwasher. Washing up is not part of the daily cleaning service (option on request). All our apartments have daily cleaning service, which includes full linen and towel change when requested. An additional, optional laundry service is available upon request.


TV channels

Some apartments have four national channels and a number of satellite TV channels. In case your apartment is equipped with a box, you must tune the TV to AV1, select the receiver and then the channel of your choice. In case your apartment is not equipped with a box just choose the channels using the remote.


Internet

The building has several Wi-Fi access points. Access is free and you do not need a password. Just choose the closest Wifi network. 


Smokers

This is a non-smoking apartment. € 20.00 daily will be charged if we need to clean the apartment or use products to eliminate odours.


Equipament

The apartment is equipped with all the amenities for a pleasant stay. Everything is strictly inventoried. Nothing may be removed from the apartment. Any missing or damaged items will be charged to the client at market price plus a fee of € 30.00/item to cover replacement costs.


Parking

Parking on the street is free and usually safe. However, we do recommend due care. Be aware that certain areas are subject to parking charges and parking time may be limited. See map to find parking places nearby.


Shopping

In addition to traditional shopping, there supermarkets very close to the building. See map to know where they are. Don’t fancy going shopping for groceries or need something else? We're at your service and will happy to handle this for you – all you have to do is ask. And of course, we will arrange delivery to your apartment door, every time. Want to order in for your evening meal or perhaps you’re busy working during the day? You can order in from one of the many restaurants that deliver straight to your door, we’ll even provide you with their menus.


Check-in & Check-out

The apartment must be vacated  by 12.00. There will be a daily charge of 40% over the daily published rate for arrivals before 14.00 (early checkin) and departures after 12.00 pm (late checkout).

The apartments are located in the golden triangle of the city, next to the elevator Bica, at the meeting point between Chiado, Bairro Alto and Santa Catarina.
This is a traditional, historic area, with everything from traditional local restaurants to haute-cuisine, bars and Fado-houses (traditional Portuguese music).
If you have come to Lisbon to enjoy the flavours and delights of Lisbon  cuisine, you are in  the right place! And just 200 metres away is Chiado, the new heart of Lisbon attractions.
Only a short distance away is "24 de Julho", the "Docas" and "Saint Apolónia", where Lisbon nightlife is at its best.

Baixa-Chiado

Visit the Baixa area, have a sweet at the Confeitaria Nacional, a coffee at Nicola Café, and buy a tin can of sardines at Conserveira Nacional.


Príncipe Real

Príncipe Real is one of the hippest areas in Lisbon. There you will find cool boutiques, hip restaurants and bars, a farmers market every saturday morning, the Lisbon Botanical Garden and the Museum of Natural History, many antiques shops and the great viewpoint of São Pedro de Alcântara. It's a great place to visit both day and night. From there you can enter Bairro Alto and Chiado.


Praça do Comércio (Terreiro do Paço)

The most beautiful square in Lisbon and the historical center of the city. Located by the river it is a must see place. From there you can go up the Augusta Street Arch for an amazing view of the old city and the river, and walk around the downtown streets towards Rossio Square, Chiado or the Castle area.


Belém 

One of Lisbon's most iconic areas, Belém has a series of points of interest, making it one of the places you really cannot miss. In Belém visit the Jeronimos Monastery, the Tower of Belém, the monument to the Discoveries (Padrão dos Descobrimentos), the shop of the famous "pastéis de Belém", the Carriages Museum, the Museum of the Presidency, the Berardo Contemporary Art Collection, the Navy Museum, the Astronomic Observatory, the Electricity Museum, the Royal Palace of Ajuda and its gardens, the Tropical Garden and the Museum of Ethnology. As you see it's worth to go there for a full day of visits. If you want to have something to eat cross the rail tracks and go to Paço de Água, or to the À Margem cafeteria.


Cais do Sodré

Cais Sodré is the new nightlife area in Lisbon. A former shaddy area it is now home to some of the coolest bars in town, namely Pensão Amor.


Alfama

Walk around Alfama, the most typical area of the city, stopping every now and then to have a ginjinha, one of our local drinks.


Campo de Ourique

It's an area that people from all over the city visit for its traditional shopping, its variety of restaurants and pastry shops, its art galleries (see below) and the general feel of an oasis within the city. A lot is happening in Campo de Ourique, new outlets are popping up every month, enhancing the area's offer.


Jardim da Estrela

The garden of Estrela is one of the nicest parks in Lisbon. Within its grounds you will find exotic trees, lakes, a park for kids to play, a couple of cafés and several lawns to relax on. It's also a great place to run, as you will see from the many local joggers that use it.


Mercado Campo de Ourique

The newly renovated Campo de Ourique Market offers over 10 food stalls and is one of the coolest spots in town. Nearby you can also find Cervejaria and Tasca da Esquina (owned by the famous Chef Vitor Sobral), traditional restaurants like “Stop do Bairro”, “Verde Gaio”, “Cataplana”, “Trempe”, “Parreirinha do Minho”, “Magano”.


Basílica da Estrela

The Basilica of Estrela is one of the most beautiful churches in Lisbon. 


Eléctrico 28

Take a tram ride (number 28 is the best), hire a go-car to drive around the old city, take the ferry from Terreiro do Paço or Cais Sodré to the other side of the Tejo river and fall in love with the view over the city, take one or all of the lifts from down town to up town (Santa Justa, Bica or Glória).


Oceanário de Lisboa

If you like sea life the Oceanarium at Parque das Nações is a must.


Mosteiro dos Jerónimos - Igreja de Santa Maria de Belém

Visit the monuments of Jeronimos, Belem Tower, Padrao dos Descobrimentos (there is a nice movie about Lisbon inside), the CCB and Berardo collection contemporary art museum.


Avenida da Liberdade

Walk down Avenida da Liberdade to see the best shops in town. Many of the world’s leading fashion and luxury goods brands are there, like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Tod’s, Michael Kors, Ermenegildo Zegna. Also look for the following Portuguese shops that offer great quality clothing: Fashion Clinic, Rosa&Teixeira or Oficina Mustra (this one is located on Rua Rodrigues Sampaio, a street paralel to Avenida da Liberdade).


A Vida Portuguesa

Go to "A Vida Portuguesa" store in Chiado for some fantastic vintage memorabilia.


Assembleia da República

The National Assembly is the Palace where the Portuguese Prime Minister lives. The São Bento street has many antiques shops.


Museu Nacional de Arte Antiga

The Ancient Art Museum has the finest collection of artworks in the country, and it is a must for all those that want to know more about the art and history of Portugal.


Le Chat

Le Chat is a cool bar located next door to the Museum of Ancient Art. It has a great view over the river. Other terraces in Lisbon include PARK, Zambeze, Noobai and Chapitô circus school.

The nearest subway station is "Baixa / Chiado. Cais do Sodré and Rossio stations are also nearby.

The Lisbon Serviced Apartments are located just 300 metres from Caís do Sodré Station, a public transport hub, with links to many destinations, both within and outside the city of Lisbon.

The days of relying on Caravels (Portuguese two-masted boats) to carry you from one bank of the river to the other  have long since gone. Today you can take modern ferry boats ("cacilheiros"). Trains take you to other parts of the country, while the subway, or metro as it is known locally, takes you around the city of Lisbon. There are also street cars, buses and other public transport links at Caís do Sodré station.


Subway

Cais do Sodré station is a 2-minute walk from your apartment.  Just a few minutes ride will take you to any point in the city, in comfort and without  the usual delays of traffic.


Urban trains

The Sintra railway is also close to the apartment and you can enjoy a trip to one of the most beautiful Portuguese towns. A fast and reliable train service runs alongside the River Tagus towards the Atlantic Ocean and in minutes, you will be on your way out of the city to enjoy Cascais and its, beaches, again taking a comfortable journey without the hassle of coping with road traffic.


Buses

Flexibility is yours with eighteen different bus lines within a 2-minute walk from the apartment building.


 

The far bank of the River Tagus

Cacilhas, Almada, Caparica. The Tagus River boat from the remodelled Cais do Sodré station will take you from the delights of the city and the river to the famous beaches of Costa da Caparica.
